This 1967 Lincoln Continental sedan is one of a reported seven examples produced for the model year finished in Palomar Blue over dark blue leather upholstery, and it was acquired by the seller from the second owner in 2021. It is powered by a 462ci V8 linked with a C6 automatic transmission, and equipment includes a hood ornament, rear coach doors, power steering, front disc brakes, and 15″ steel wheels with polished covers. The cabin features a power-adjustable front bench, vacuum-actuated door locks, power windows, cruise control, an AM radio, and air conditioning.
The car was finished from the factory in Palomar Blue and is said to have been repainted in the late 1990s. Exterior details include a retractable antenna, a Lincoln hood ornament, quad headlights, rear-hinged rear doors, dual side mirrors, and chrome bumpers, window surrounds, and trim. Chips in the windshield and scratches on the hood are reported.
The 15″ steel wheels feature polished covers and are mounted with Cooper Trendsetter white-stripe tires. Power steering was standard, and the steering box is said to have been fitted with metal replacement components. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The bench seats are upholstered in dark blue leather and joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Amenities include a power-adjustable front bench seat, power windows, vacuum-actuated door locks, cruise control, an AM radio, and air conditioning.
The two-spoke tilting steering wheel fronts a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer, and controls for the cruise and climate systems flank the fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 26k miles, approximately 4k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 462ci V8 was factory-equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was rated at 340 horsepower and 485 lb-ft of torque.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a C6 automatic transmission.
